1. Overview

JAM Marketing & Design provides creative and strategic services including custom design, marketing, AI implementation, and consulting. This policy outlines how we deliver services, how payments are structured, and the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms described below.

2. Services Offered

We offer the following categories of services:

Custom Design Work — logos, branding, web design, graphics, and visual assets
Marketing Services & Retainers — social media management, advertising, content strategy, and ongoing campaign management
AI Implementation — integration of AI tools and automation into your business workflows, platforms, or marketing systems
Consulting & Strategy — one-on-one sessions, audits, roadmaps, and advisory services

3. Payment Structure

All projects follow a deposit-based payment model to protect both parties:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before any work begins.
The remaining 50% balance is due prior to delivery of final files, assets, or project handoff.
For ongoing monthly retainers, payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
Consulting and strategy sessions must be paid in full prior to the scheduled appointment.

Work will not commence until the deposit or full payment (where applicable) has been received and cleared.

4. Service Delivery

Timelines and deliverables will be outlined in your project proposal or service agreement. Delivery timeframes begin once the deposit is received and all required materials, access, and information have been provided by the client.

For AI implementation projects, delivery includes setup, configuration, and a handoff session. Ongoing support beyond the agreed scope is available as a separate retainer or hourly engagement.

JAM Marketing & Design will make reasonable efforts to meet all agreed timelines. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing materials, or scope changes are not the responsibility of JAM Marketing & Design.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Revisions beyond the included rounds, or requests that fall outside the original project scope, will be quoted and billed separately.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

Deposits are non-refundable in all cases, as they reserve your project slot and cover initial work.
If a project is cancelled by the client before work has begun, any payments beyond the deposit will be refunded in full.
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, no refund will be issued for work already completed. A prorated refund of remaining unused work may be considered at our discretion.
Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
Consulting sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited. Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled once at no charge.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our contact address.

7. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our work, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. We are committed to delivering quality results and will make reasonable efforts to address legitimate concerns within the agreed project scope.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without prior communication will be contested and may result in termination of the working relationship.

8. Changes to This Policy

JAM Marketing & Design reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website with a revised effective date. Existing project agreements are governed by the policy in effect at the time of engagement.
